In 2016 he launched his studio Homestyle Charlie. His glass jewelry has been featured in the magazine Belle Armoire Jewelry. All of Homestyle Charlie's handmade ornaments/charms are made with lead-free solder, using the copper foil method of construction developed by Tiffany Glass Studios in the 1880s.
