You may return items purchased within 30 days of purchase for a refund in accordance with this return policy. 2mamabees will not accept any returns of items purchased through other retailers or marketplaces.
If you want to return an item you must:
Contact 2mamabees's at [email protected] in order to obtain a return authorization number ("RA Number").
Within 30 days of the date of receipt, return the item via FedEx or UPS (signature service required) to 2mamabees in its new, unused condition in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. The Shipping Address for Returns will be provided upon receipt of a return authorization number.
Include in the return shipment the RA Number and the original packing slip.
