Most items in our shop are made to order. Total turnaround time may vary at 4-11 business days, depending on shipping option selected at checkout.

Refund Policy
We want you to be (extremely) happy with your order and experience with Hippie Baby Co. If you feel like something you ordered is not working out for you, we are here to make it right!
We accept order cancellations, returns and exchanges. Item need to be in original condition; new with tags, not washed/warned. Unfortunately we can’t offer returns/exchanges on Custom Orders and all SALE items are Final Sale.
Cancellations: Must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. If your item has shipped, please contact us for an exchange/return.
Exchanges: Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, but not for the new replacement item shipping cost.
Returns: Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment after the return is received by Hippie Baby co.
