Some times it is so hard to choose which of our all natural herbal seasonings and dips to choose from. We have had so many requests over this past year to set up a listing for our complete set of herbal packets. A complete description of our herbal seasonings can be found at the end of the following list of available flavors.

BACON CHEDDAR CHEESE – combination of cheddar cheese and bacon makes a wonderful dip mix or baked potato topping.
CHEESE AND HERB – our most popular herb blend because of it’s versatility; dip, cheese ball, garlic bread, and so much more.
CHILI CHEESE AND BACON – not just for chips; try it on your baked potato!
CHIPOTLE RANCH – fantastic smokey chipotle flavor; dip, seasoning, vinaigrette.
GARDEN HERB – a combination of all herbs and makes a wonderful veggie dip
HERBAL BUTTER – add a tablespoon of mix to a stick of softened butter and you will want to put it on everything.
HERBES DE PROVENCE – this combination of herbs is excellent for flavoring meat of any kind.
HORSERADISH HERBAL – horseradish lover’s take notice – great in a cheese ball, dip or seasoning your favorite meat.
ITALIAN DIPPING OIL- add 2 tablespoon of mix to 1/2 cup of warm olive oil for the pure Italian restaurant experience when dipping your bread.
LEMON DILL – very versatile; use as a dip, herbal butter, vinaigrette, cheese ball, potato topper or seasoning for fish and chicken.
MEDITERRANEAN HERBAL – sun dried tomato and basil; dip, vinaigrette, cheese ball, potato topper.
MEXICAN FIESTA – zesty Mexican flavor (think homemade chili); wonderful dip, great with a potato bar, seasoning meat.
PARMESAN CHEESE – wonderful cheesy dip that goes great on fresh veggies or chips.
RANCH HERB BLEND – a ranch herb blend without the MSG or preservatives.
SALSA HERB – add a couple of tablespoons to fresh cut or canned tomatoes for a ready to eat salsa. Can be added to jams and jellies for the jalapeno flavor that is so popular. Best thing is – you control the amount of heat.

We hope you enjoy each of our 14 dried herbal blends which are made from the herbs grown on our farm in northern Minnesota. We do not use pesticides or chemicals in our growing or harvesting processes. Our herbs are picked and dried when young and tender, at the peak of flavor; and all of our natural herb blends are made gluten free – containing no salt, sugar or MSG.

These 2.67 oz. herb mixes do not contain fillers (such as flours and starches) so each package will go a long way and the flavor is pure herbal. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE HERB PACKETS YOU BUY AND ONLY GET ONE RECIPE FROM!!!

Our dried herbal blends are not just for dips – they are very versatile and you are able to use one packet for several different recipes. Yes – these herb blends make delicious, fast dip mix; but you can also use them to flavor softened cream cheese for a favorite cheese ball recipe, or in softened butter for a savory herbal butter. Be creative with your uses. Flavor your grilled meats, your favorite potato or pasta dishes; those hot dishes that needs a little something extra. Combine them with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil for a savory vinaigrette; or add them to a little warmed olive oil for a flavored dipping oil for your artisan breads.

REMEMBER to mix herb dips, spreads and butters a few hours ahead of meal time so the flavor of the herbs can truly saturate your dishes.
