Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed usually the same day CST but can take up to 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We send out tracking information with every order. Please follow the link to track your packages

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Rustic Strength is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Rustic Strength is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we do not offer credit or replacements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not offer refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Assuming the item is un-adulterated we will issue you a store credit.
Damaged shipments:
We do not offer refunds.
We will send you replacements for damaged goods immediately upon request. If you do not want or need a replacement we are happy to give you store credit.

It may take up to 1-2 business weeks for us to receive your return. We recommend shipping with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance- we are not responsible if the carrier destroys return packages/we do not receive them.
