Shipping Policy
After your order is placed, our home office packs and ships orders. Fulfillment usually takes 1-2 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number, and then you will be able to track your package as it's on it's way!
Refund Policy
On retail orders, replacements for the same item are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 90 days of the ship date on the invoice. A Home Office Staff member will process a return/exchange order for you. Exchanges (for a different item) are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 60 days of the ship date on the invoice. Please email [email protected] or call 712-722-4112 and a Home Office staff member will process the return/exchange for you. Refunds are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 30 days of the ship date on the invoice. All clearance sales are final.
