Every seller completes an application and first receives the approval of our professional team to open a shop on Avoy and list products. We create the right mix of quality items, distinctive shops, and eliminate risks of oversaturating categories.

No monthly fees, no listing fees. 10% commission per sale and a 2.9% + 30 cents payment processing fee which covers essential services such as customer acquisition, software, and support.

DROPSHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS NOT ALLOWED

Every store must have listed products in their inventory and be able to verify its specifications. Your business won’t be competing against questionable items and customers won't gamble with quality and service.

Our story

As entrepreneurs hustling for income, we’ve been through it. We’ve sold at Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and others and brought them hundred thousands in sales. However, when things got tough, we did not have anyone to help and were left a frustrating feeling that we were replaceable with whichever other seller came through the door. We couldn’t depend on these other marketplaces to care that our shop was our livelihood and joy. We are much more than a transaction. There are millions of other dedicated, amazing entrepreneurs in our same boat. That’s why we came up with Avoy.

The founders have a background in software development, marketing, finance, and customer service. 

At Avoy, entrepreneurs are partners from day one. We are building a more ethical and sustainable business and live our values.

Frequently asked questions

Avoy is a direct to consumer company. Our target customer is the “every day” person, not retailers.

Marketplaces require certain economic dynamics. We first need to build the supplier / seller side of the market in order to attract potential customers / buyers. We will open a public beta when we achieve a goal of 50 founding stores. We have a goal of 100 founding stores by January 2024 for an public launch.

Stripe is our payment processor and sellers will need an account at Stripe. This allows us to securely manage buyer purchase information, seller withdraws, and refunds.
